BEING A MODERATOR

PLease put in mind that being a moderator is not for ranking and for fame.... for everyone to praise. But a moderator is to be a watcher,guardian in this forum... many responsibilities are waiting for the moderators and must also be always online or else the admin will just put you back into a normal forumer not a moderator anymore so please if you are just aiming for fame... forget it WE DONT NEED YOU!!!!!!!! BTW the admin is now pissed because many are giving messages to become a moderator..... a MODERATOR RANK is only for QUALIFIED forumer but for now we are FULL i repeat we are FULL.

Before when the forum was new, a lot of people applied for the moderator position.

Then months passed, only a few mods like echoe were able to stay ACTIVE and who always perform his duties.

A moderator must be active, even if you go online at least once in a week.

As of what echoe said, being a mod isnt about being superior or the head of everybody

Its a job on taking care of the forum. That requires a LOT of responsibilty and u shud require a lot of dedication for this forum by being active and know what is right for this forum.

and besides the reason why Mr Admin accepted the moderators before, is that he trusted them to do their duties. But some failed to do so by being inactive -_-

I totally agree with you Ayin. I really don't care about what they say, all I care is about myself. And doing my responsibilities here is included in it.

wew... i thought this thread was dead... anywayz.... im just doing my job as a moderator... though allot of duties have to be accounted for... im happy to be a mod... but some moderators forgot that they have a forum to take care... its just like neglecting to take a responsibility so the ADMIN decided to hire new moderator to try them out... well if they dont do their jobe they will be demoted also.... ADMIN doesn't want an inactive moderator coz its useless coz there are many guys out there who are willing to "drop a sweat watching this forum" hope you understand guys....

i joined a forum that lasted for almost 5 years, it's dead and we're planning to revive it again. i became a its moderator during my 3rd year and gamay ra mi mods didto, mga 3 ra guro...
