Forum Ranking

Mon Dec 22, 2008 7:05 pm by Admin

It may be unclear for you what is the real meaning of the rank(Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, etc.) that is attached below your username. It doesn't represent what year are you in school but instead it represents how many posts you've made in this forum. Now, I've categorized rankings and placed the corresponding number of post you have to attain to acquire a higher rank. If you're gonna ask what is the purpose of having this on our username , it is simply because it boosts our confidence in the forum. Once your rank is high, it is more likely that you'll be respected. In any rate, the decision of the promotion and demotion of members will still be on the Admin and the Mods.

This is the criteria that is used to rank the members as of the moment:

0-499 FRESHMAN
500-999 SOPHOMORE
1000-1499 JUNIOR
1500-2999 SENIOR
3000+ EXPERIENCED GRADUATE
(or you can already customize your own rank)

However, if your old posts are deleted and your number of posts decreased, your rank will remain as it is. If you want to get a higher level, then you should again reach the required post of that certain level to acquire the title.

The title will then be a proof that you reached a certain number of posts.

If you want to acquire the highest rank then post more!
If you want to have an exceptionally numerous number of posts, then start making posts that make sense.
